| General Terms & Conditions for CMT Workshop Bookings
Full payment for all Cambridge Music Technology (CMT) workshops must be received within 14 days of completion of the workshop. A refund may only be given (at the sole discretion of CMT) if notice is received 7 days in advance of the workshop date; no refund will be given after this point.
Every attendee is responsible for ensuring that no property of CMT or any of the course venues is damaged, lost, or stolen as a direct or indirect result of their own action or failure to act appropriately. In the event of loss, theft, or damage directly or indirectly caused by any attendee, the attendee agrees to pay all reasonable costs in full, including replacement or reparation of damaged property. We reserve the right to expel any attendee deemed by CMT to be unacceptable through their conduct or attitude. In such cases, no refund will be given. Any attempt by attendees to create audio or video recordings of CMT's workshop content will be deemed unacceptable.
Cambridge Music Technology reserve the right to cancel or change the dates, times, prices, venues, and contents of their workshops without prior notice. We also reserve the right to refuse any course booking without giving a reason. CMT accept no responsibility for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings. In the event of any complaint, please contact CMT directly in the first instance.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim, dispute or difference which may arise out of them.
